Olex recognised for excellent customer service

Olex Australia was recently presented with a Certificate of Recognition for displaying a high level of customer service and supplier performance with continuous improvement in cable supply.

The award was presented to Olex at the Annual EnergyAustralia Supplier Breakfast Award Ceremony by John Eisenhuth, Executive General Manager of Enerserve, a division of EnergyAustralia.

Olex have a 5 year contract with EnergyAustralia for the supply of 0.6/1kV and 6.35/11kV underground and aerial electrical cables, overhead bare conductors and pilot cables for the major capital works, and emergency restoration repairs that are undertaken by EnergyAustralia to their Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter regional networks.

EnergyAustralia employs over 5,000 staff and services over 1.6 million customers. The company manages over 17,000km of high voltage and over 27,000km of low voltage overhead and underground power lines in NSW.

“EnergyAustralia have a long history with Olex“, said Olex NSW Electrical Supply Industry Manager, Peter Rogers. “We understand the demands of their business and as such can work closely with the organisation to meet their needs.”

The award has also reaffirmed Olex’s commitment to customer service. In line with the company’s mission statement, Olex is proud to receive this award in recognition of the service provided.
