The Olex Senior Management Team

Graeme Moncrieff
Managing Director and CEO

Graeme comes to Nexans and Olex after 20 years with Amcor, most recently as Group General Manager for Amcor Flexibles, Asia Pacific. In this position Graeme was responsible for 12 Business Units in Australia, New Zealand, China and Singapore. Prior to this, Graeme held a number of senior management roles within Amcor.

Graeme has extensive general management and commercial experience in the manufacturing sector, both in Australia and overseas. Graeme is a Chartered Accountant and has completed the Senior Executive Program at the London Business School.

 

Jean-Francois Pirot
General Manager, Finance

Prior to commencing at Olex in 2008, Jean-Francois was the CFO for Nexans North America. Since joining Nexans (Alcatel) in 1995, Jean-Francois has held numerous positions including Controller for the North America/Asia/ROW areas, Controller for the Telecom Division and Product Line Manager for Conductors in France.

Jean-Francois began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen before becoming the CFO of Pinault Distribution, a branch of Pinault-Printemps-Redoute.

 

Greg Styling
General Manager, Energy & Infrastructure

Greg joined Olex in September 2004 as Operations Manager for the Olex manufacturing plant and warehouse at the Tottenham site and in 2008 Greg was appointed General Manager, Energy & Infrastructure.

Previous to Olex, Greg held a number of key positions within the manufacturing industry, including Project Manager responsible for building a power station for Cummins Power Generation in South Australia, Director for European Supply based in Kent, UK, General Manager Cummins Power Generation which included responsibility for the manufacturing plant in Singapore,  and General Manager Cummins Power Generation South Pacific.

 

George Kladouhos
General Manager, Construction & Industry

George joined Olex in November 2004 as the Finance Director responsible for the accounting and finance functions, treasury, global supply and information technology. In January 2008, George was appointed General Manager, Construction & Industry.

Commencing his career at KPMG, George has held senior finance positions in Pacifica Group Ltd and Freight Australia Ltd.

 

 

Ken Barber
Technical Director, Nexans Asia Pacific

Ken has more than 40 years experience in the cable industry, and has been a key driver Olex' high voltage market growth in Australia and Asia, expanding Olex' product range and technical capabilities.

Ken's key areas of responsibility include research and development, cable design, system engineering and export sales. Ken has authored numerous technical papaers and represents Olex and Nexans on a number of international organisations such as CIGRE and AESIEP.

 

Kelvin Milroy
General Manager, Human Resources

Kelvin was appointed General Manager, Human Resources in 2007 after a management career with Australian based pharmaceutical company CSL and the Ford Motor Company.

Kelvin has specialised in the HR field, backed by a Masters in Business (MBA) and a Masters in Business (Industrial Relations).

 

 

Tony Dunstan
General Manager, Olex New Zealand

Tony joined Olex in 1998, initially as Business Development Manager, and then as General Manager, Commercial. Tony was appointed General Manager of Olex New Zealand in early 2007.

Prior to Olex, Tony worked in the Corporate Finance and Business Assurance group at PriceWaterhouse.

 

   

Greg McKelvie
General Manager, Australmold Pty Ltd

Olex aquired Australmold on the 1st of March 2008.

Greg was appointed General Manager of Australmold in 1994, and has seen the company become a major supplier of components to transformer manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand, and LV/MV/HV cable accessories to the power utilies and contractors.

Greg has previously held positions at Repco and Hawker De Havilland. 

Greg and his team operate out of Tullamarine in Melbourne.
